The person and the company behind CensusFlow.
Efe Dincaslan
Efe Dincaslan scaled CensusFlow from a single-city prototype into a nationwide platform covering all 50 states and the District of Columbia. He built its interactive commute-flow maps and the cross-state commuter pipeline behind them, engineered its broadband and internet-coverage data end to end, and led the shift to a population- and demographics-first experience — adding race & ethnicity breakdowns, interactive racial dot maps built from 2020 Census blocks, and a library of data studies. Throughout, he redesigned the site’s interface and hardened the data pipeline through extensive integrity diagnostics. Efe holds a Cybersecurity degree from Virginia Tech and is joining Fidelity Investments as a Data Engineer.

CensusFlow is built and maintained by A2 Analytics — a data + AI content studio (“The Intersection of Data + AI”) that turns data into large-scale, data-driven platforms. CensusFlow presents public U.S. Census data and is an independent project, not affiliated with the U.S. government.
